AI Tools: Overview

Call Transcriptions offer fast audio-to-text conversion, so you can quickly reference important details from your recorded calls. They’re stored right in your smrtPhone account and can sync instantly with many CRM partners. No need to listen to the entire recording—just scan the transcription to get the key points, and you’ll always be in the loop, even if you weren’t the one on the call.

Want to get that info even faster? Call Summaries are AI-generated bullet points that highlight the most crucial details of a call.  Time is money, and these summaries let you quickly determine whether a call is worth diving deeper into.

How Do smrtPhone AI Tools Work?

To unlock smrtPhone AI Tools, you’ll need a Pro Account. Decide which users can access AI Tools, and they’ll be able to turn them on/off for calls and smrtDialer Campaigns. Each AI-enhanced call comes with a small fee (less than 3 cents per minute), and you’ll have access to Transcriptions, Call Summaries and Keyword Tracking.

For many of our Users, AI Tools will sync automatically to your CRM, such as Podio and Salesforce, and we’re working hard to finalize integration with all of our partners. Look out for updates on when your CRM will have AI summaries and transcriptions pushed – but every smrtPhone User can use it today, from inside the Web App.

For Podio Users, AI Tools will sync automatically to your CRM, and Salesforce syncing will follow later in February. We’re working hard to ensure all of our integrated CRMs can seamlessly integrate with AI Tools soon!
