Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your smrtPhone account at any time. If you cancel your smrtPhone account, no refunds will be given on payments made to date.

Important: Please be aware that canceling your account will result in losing any numbers you currently have in smrtPhone. You can port these numbers to any system you wish, but you must initiate that port request from the new system you are moving your numbers to. You must keep a live smrtPhone account until your smrtPhone numbers are successfully ported, or you will lose them.

To cancel your smrtPhone subscription:

  1. Log into smrtPhone and go to: https://phone.smrt.studio/billing/products
  2. Click “Cancel” next to the subscription you would like to cancel 
smrtPhone logo used for brand or integration purposes with smrtPhone.
