smrtPhone does not offer any refunds on credits purchased in the system or subscription payments. Your credits do not expire, so you’re free to keep them as long as you want, but there are no refunds if you decide to leave our system.
One exception to that rule is people who accidentally pay an annual subscription when they meant to pay monthly. At our discretion we may chose to refund this payment (minus admin charges) so that you can activate a monthly subscription instead.
It’s important to remember that, unlike many of our competitors, smrtPhone doesn’t try to lock you into any long-term contracts and your subscriptions can be month-to-month for as long as you want.
