Kixie alternative

The Kixie alternative with pricing you can read

Kixie is the closest real competitor smrtPhone has: an outbound-first product with a genuine multi-line power dialer and native CRM integrations, sold to sales teams. Two things separate them. Kixie does not publish prices - its plans page names three tiers and shows a figure for none of them, so you cannot budget for it or compare it on a spreadsheet without booking a call first. And its native CRM list stops at the mainstream five plus HighLevel, while smrtPhone is built into the investor stack: InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot and Tape, as well as Podio.

No card required. No seat minimum.

The short version

  • Kixie shows no price on its plans page for any of its three tiers, and none for its three add-ons either. smrtPhone publishes every seat and add-on price.
  • Both dial up to 4 lines. Kixie puts AI Human Voice Detection on its top tier only and marks it a premium add-on; smrtDialer includes voice detection.
  • Kixie's Podio integration is real and works. Beyond Podio and HighLevel, the investor CRM stack is where the two diverge.
  • DNC compliance is a paid add-on at Kixie. It is in the smrtPhone base seat.
  • Kixie gives 7 days to trial it. smrtPhone gives 14.

The other side

When Kixie is the better choice

Kixie bundles unlimited US and Canada minutes on every plan. smrtPhone meters them on the Standard seat - 500 included, then $0.03 a minute - with the Unlimited plan at $99 a seat as the other option. If your team talks all day and would rather not think about usage at all, that is the trade to weigh before you switch.

  • Your CRM is HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive.
  • You want unlimited minutes bundled rather than metered or on a separate tier.
  • A sales call to get pricing is not a problem for you.

Why people compare the two and move

  1. They could not get a price

Kixie names three plans and prices none of them, and its three add-ons carry no figure either. If you are building a budget or putting two products side by side on a spreadsheet, a quote-only vendor is an obstacle before you have even trialled it.

Every seat and add-on price published
  2. Their CRM was past the mainstream list

Kixie covers HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, HighLevel and ActiveCampaign natively, and Podio through its own integration. InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot and Tape are where its list ends and ours continues.

    Ten native CRM integrations
  3. Compliance was an add-on

DNC and DNT list management, the DNC applet in call flows, the DNC API, A2P 10DLC and automatic opt-out handling are in every smrtPhone seat. Being asked to pay extra for the part that keeps you legal reads badly to teams that dial lists.

DNC, A2P 10DLC and opt-out in the base seat

  • 5 out of 5. Under 6 months in

What I like most about SmrtPhone is how responsive and helpful their support team is. In fact, there have been instances during my onboarding that they have proactively reached out. They make the learning curve very easy to overcome.
    Brendan P. CEO, real estate
  • 5 out of 5. Under 6 months in

Its ability to dial on 4 different lines simultaneously that no other dialer in the market has.
    Chad F. Founder, real estate
  • 5 out of 5. 6-12 months in

Great customer service with very fast reaction. Also the dialer and the extensions work magnificent.

What switching actually involves

Numbers port, which takes one to three weeks once the paperwork clears. Connect the CRM and rebuild the call flows while that runs, then keep both live for a few days before moving the dialing over.

  1. Port your numbers. They move with you. Nobody has to learn a new number.
  2. Connect the CRM. Calls, texts, recordings and dispositions start writing to the record.
  3. Rebuild your call flows. Routing, ring groups, business hours and the DNC applet.
  4. Run both for a few days. Then move the dialing over once the logging looks right.

How long the port really takes

  • Porting takes one to three weeks once the paperwork is in and confirmed. It is faster when your current provider sits on the same underlying carrier we do, and slower if the paperwork comes back rejected over a detail that does not match your carrier record.
  • Support does the work. You start it from live chat and the team handles the submission.
  • Do not cancel your old provider until the port completes. Your number keeps working throughout.
  • Occasionally voice ports a few hours before texting does. It settles by itself.

Questions people ask before switching

How much does Kixie cost?

Kixie does not publish prices. Its plans page names three tiers - Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer - and shows no figure for any of them; every button opens a 7-day trial instead. Its three add-ons, ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence and DNC, are unpriced too, and Capterra's listing records the pricing as not provided by the vendor. You need a quote. smrtPhone publishes everything: seats from $24 a month billed yearly, smrtDialer from $50 a seat, and each add-on listed separately.

Does smrtPhone dial as many lines as Kixie?

Yes. Both dial up to 4 lines at once, according to Kixie's own plan comparison. smrtDialer is $50 a seat a month for a single line and $90 for up to four, with AI voice detection included rather than sold as a premium add-on on the top tier.

Does Kixie integrate with Podio?

Yes, and it is a real integration built by Kixie with two-way logging, not a Zapier workaround. Podio is not where these two products differ. The difference is the rest of the stack: InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot and Tape are native to smrtPhone and are not offered by Kixie in any form.

Is DNC compliance included?

In smrtPhone, yes. DNC and DNT list management, a DNC applet you can drop into a call flow, DNC API access, A2P 10DLC registration and automatic SMS opt-out handling are all in the base seat. Kixie lists DNC as a compliance add-on alongside ConnectionBoost and Conversation Intelligence.

How long is the free trial?

smrtPhone is 14 days. Kixie is 7 days, with no card required.
