“A big draw of smrtPhone is the pricing compared to what we were at with RingCentral. We pay pennies on the dollar, considerably cheaper. And honestly, I’ve seen no lack of function, there’s nothing I could do in RingCentral that I can’t do in smrtPhone.”

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about the product and billing.

Absolutely! The beauty of an all-in-one phone system and power dialer is that you can share Caller IDs across the entire platform. This means when a contact returns a call made with smrtDialer, it will ring into your smrtPhone system and follow whatever call routing you have set up with Inbound Flows. All communication history lives in one platform, seamlessly synced with your CRM.

While you pay per seat for smrtDialer, they are unnamed seats. This means that you can easily rotate agents in and out of seats, as it makes sense for your business calling strategy. The seat licenses are not tied to any particular user. The total number of seats you will need for your company is personal to you, but we try to help you minimize costs with this added flexibility.

Of course! It’s a great way to really understand the benefit of using an all-in-one phone system like smrtPhone. We have a pre-recorded video demo that covers the basics in the demo section of our website. You are welcome to sign up for a 30-minute live demo meeting with our Customer Success Team, during which you can get your questions answered.

smrtDialer follows the same subscription + usage model as our smrtPhone product so you never get hit with a surprise bill. You pay a subscription per seat, and then you are responsible for the call minute usage. Usage comes out of your shared credit balance, which covers your entire account. Check out this article for more information on the smrtDialer pricing model.

You can have unlimited campaigns in smrtDialer. All clients have the ability to create dial campaigns based on a spreadsheet upload. For most of our integrations, you can also choose create campaigns from dynamic lists from your CRM, which will continually be updated with each contact sync.

Which type of smrtDialer seat you purchase is up to you and your business strategy. With single line you can only call one phone number at a time. With multi-line, you can choose to dial 1, 2, 3, or 4 numbers at the same time, from the same Caller ID. It depends on your confidence in how many answered calls you’ll get. If you think only 25% of of people will answer, it might make sense to dial 4 lines at once.
smrtDialer is intended to minimize the time it takes to do outreach and follow ups. It reduces the clerical burden of flipping through the CRM and using click-to-call, one at a time. All of the seconds of clicking you to make a call can add up. Imagine the time savings by having it automated for you. If you do a lot of outbound calling, this could total many hours returned back to your work week. What would you do with all of that extra time?
