We’ve grown so much over the past year that we’re getting even better pricing structures from Twilio, so we decided to pass some of that saving onto you directly!
As of June 15 2018, we are launching a new SMS pricing structure for all smrtPhone customers. This new pricing structure provides a cut across the board on all SMS pricing in smrtPhone for all countries!
As an example:
USA/Canada:
Former SMS cost: $0.02 per text
New SMS cost: $0.0113 per text
UK:
Former SMS cost: $0.08 per text
New SMS cost: $0.06 per text
As you can see, it’s set to make your SMS workflows a whole lot cheaper.
And don’t forget that sending SMS with smrtPhone means:
- All inbound and outbound texts are logged in Podio against the relevant contact/lead
- You have 100% control over how you automate sending SMS using our SMS API
- You have 100% control over automating inbound SMS using our call flows, webhooks and GlobiFlow
- All SMS are sent from your smrtPhone numbers, which means your customers can simply call you back directly from the text message and have it call you using your smrtPhone account and call flows.
